| With a ZERO tumble blast cabinet, you simply load the parts and set the timer, then come back later to unload perfectly cleaned or finished parts. By varying the time, blast pressure, media type, media flow, tumble speed, and blast duration, you can engineer a process that delivers perfect parts, then repeat it for all subsequent batches. As the parts tumble, one or more nozzles uniformly blast all exposed surfaces. |

| Available in capacities of 1, 2, and 3 cubic feet, ZERO tumble barrels handle part loads up to 300 pounds. Tumble barrel systems are perfect for automotive rebuilders and small parts manufacturers. ZERO offers tumble barrel cabinets with suction blast systems only. Inside the barrel, the parts ride on a cushioning layer of media, while two to six automatic blast guns thoroughly clean, etch or peen their surfaces. Inside barrel comprised of replaceable rubber covered metal panels. |
